The Stone Porter Bone-in Pork Chops are all natural and marinated through the same secret process using Stone Brewing Co. Smoked Porter Beer and a blend of signature seasonings. After the marinating process the meat is vacuum packed and then flash frozen for shipping. When your order is placed we pack the meat in an insulated cooler with ice packs and shipped over night via FedEx.
