Our famous USDA Choice Tri Tip is carved from the bottom sirloin, trimmed and marinated. The Tri Tip is infused through a secret process with either our exclusive Burgundy Pepper or Spicy Chipotle Marinade. After the marinating process the meat is vacuum packed and then flash frozen for shipping. When your order is placed we pack the meat in an insulated cooler with ice packs and ship over night via FedEx.
Last day to place an order for Thanksgiving shipping is November 22nd by 12:00pm and last day for Christmas shipping is December 16th by 12:00pm. Packages are available for online shipping only.
